Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
Introduction
At INDI GOV JOB, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed infringements and for processing such claims in accordance with the Act. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:
Notification of Claimed Infringement
To file a DMCA notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes substantially the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA to confirm these requirements):
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our DMCA Agent:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in New Delhi, India, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If a counter-notification is received by our DMCA Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, INDI GOV JOB has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at INDI GOV JOB’s sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. INDI GOV JOB may also at its sole discretion limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
